You Encourage My Heart

You encourage my heart with words of compassion, You strengthen my days through the life of your Son.
Who left all in heaven and came down to me, to teach, love and guide, and to die on a tree.
For only through His precious Blood is true freedom found and only through His Holy Name is the captive no longer bound to sin, to anger, sickness, grief and pain we have been ransomed, redeemed, set free - no longer are we the same.
Thank You, Father, for this Gift so true and for Your awesome, amazing grace, I worship only You.
May my life, Lord, be an offering - fragrant praise on high as I lift all I am to You as each day passes by.
Refine me in Your fire, Lord, may I shine as purest gold, a pleasing life before You Lord, may I do all that You have told me to do to others, Lord, and share with them Your Grace. Find in me a "faithful servant", Lord, till the day I end my race.
