Paragould Headstart

I've watched the children run and play.
I've listened closely to what they had to say.
The teachers and aids work side by side
To make each child feel important and safe inside.

Oh! What a program the Headstart has,
Each person learning special tasks . . .
Each one learning how to share,
Each child knowing the teachers and helpers sure do care.

I've neer seen a better program anywhere I know,
Always advancing forward and achieving new goals.
It sure is a good place,
Paragould Headstart, don't you know

Because all the children are special,
Each one different in their own way.
And, even on a rainy day, their smiling little faces
Make the sun shine through bright with ray.

Then, last, but not least, good teachers, aides
And a good cook need to be praised.
At their speical task, they love,
Support and teach children they are all special, and loved
