Reach Out

Don't judge the man who lives out upon the street
Who knows his life may be weary and tired are his feet.
So many times we see the "homeless" as we travel down the street.
But how many times do we stop and listen . . . see if we can help in some way?
Or do we just simply go on by and don't even bow and pray?

These people are just as important as you and me will ever be.
See, Christ died for them, just as He did for you and me.
If we want to be more like Jesus and make the world a better place to live,
We will have to be like He was; full of compassion, love, and willing to give.

So, reach out to those in need;
Lending a helping hand whenever you can.
Then when things in your life are hard to handle,
Christ will help you stand.
