Swedish Milk Pancakes

1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
3 Tbls sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 egg

Sift the flour with the sugar and salt. Add milk, stir until smooth. Add egg, beat thouroughly. Bake on a hot griddle.

This makes enough for two people. However, they are SO good, that I usually tripple the recipe to feed 2 - 3 people.

Great with butter & sugar, rolled. Also may be saved in the fridge then later served cold. You may fill them with your choice of preserves, like crepes.
