Chicken Dressing Casserole
4 chicken breasts, stewed and diced
1 (8 oz.) package Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Melt margarine and pour over stuffing mix. Combine soups and broth. Layer 1/4 stuffing mix and all of chicken, then pour soup mixture over the chicken. Add the remaining stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Makes 1 large casserole
