SOUR CREAM DINNER ROLLS

Heat sour cream until very, very warm. Add salt, sugar and butter; cool til lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 C warm water. Add to sour cream mixture; then add eggs and flour. ( may take little more flour )

Cover and refrigerate overnite. HINT: place in a large bowl; this will rise amazingly high even tho it's in the refrigerator.

Divide dough into four parts; knead and roll into a 10" circle; cut into pie-shaped wedges; roll each piece like a crescent roll and place on greased baking sheets. Let rise again.

Bake at 375 for 12 - 15 minutes.

Makes 3 to 4 dozen crescents
