Scotcharoos
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Light Corn Syrup
Mix both in pan - almost to a boil
add 1 Cup Peanut Butter - take off heat and mix thoroughly.
Add to 6 Cups Rice Crispy Cereal (Generic Brand is fine, too)
Place in cake pan
Frosting:
1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Butterscotch Chips
Melt (in pan on stove, or microwave) together, pour over above mixture.
