BROCCOLI AND RICE AU GRATIN CASSEROLE
This recipe has become a family staple at holiday
dinners. You can sauté the celery and onions ahead
of time and also cook the rice, then assemble it all together later.

2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
3 cups cooked long grain rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 large jar of Cheez Whiz
2 sticks butter or margarine
Sauté onion and celery in margarine. Cook broccoli
according to directions on package. Add can of mushroom
soup and Cheese Whiz. Mix well, Bake in large casserole
dish uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Makes enough for 6 to 8 people.
