Western Casserole
1 lb. of ground hamburger,
or Lemon Pepper Chicken,
or Smoked Sausage, OR all three meats
1 can Cajun Veg-all (Drained)
1 can Stewed Tomatoes (Chopped)
Brown the meat (beef) and onions together, drain.
Mix in the rest of the cans of stuff.
Let simmer for a few minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle the cheese on top.
Serve with crackers or cornbread.
