Safe inside Your wings I'll hide
until this time has passed
This time of pain and hurt inside
not too much longer, I pray, will last.

Once again, Sweet Lord, I fell,
so far from where I stood.
The lasting damage - time will tell
but You'll turn it for my good.

Oh how I praise You, my Precious Lord
for now, as always, I am amazed
You stand true to Your Word
and guide me all my days.

From struggles of this life, You ease us
