Prayer - Lesson 3

As mentioned, last time, we will be taking a look at some of the different Psalms (songs and prayers) of David. When viewing them, I would like for us to ask ourselves the following questions, and apply them to each and every one:

1. What "type" of prayer is this? (i.e., repentance, praise, direction, encouragement, pain, fear, anguish, thanksgiving, dedication, etc.)

2. Why do you feel that this passage is this type of prayer?

3. Can I relate to this type of prayer? (then explain)
